Becoming a Deviant

After many years of trying to avoid DeviantArt, I finally became a deviant. I'm approaching my final semester at AAU(Academy Art University) and it's time emerge on the art scene to promote my work. I have some apprehensions, but it must be done if I'm going to pursue this career seriously.  My first post in my Journal was simple:

I stayed up pretty late trying to finish my story for my children's book. It's been really challenging to complete. I'm sure their are some edits that need to be done, but it's time to move on to the illustrations. It's going to be difficult to choose just five scenes to illustrate. 

Writing My Story

Trying to finish writing my children's book so that I can begin my illustrations. Hopefully, I'll be able to post some things soon. My brain is exhausted trying to figure out how I want my book to flow. I hope the vocabulary that I'm using is not too advanced for an 8 year old. 😁Devious Journal Entry
